It is available in 600W and 1000W ratings with 12Vdc, 24Vdc or 48Vdc outputs, running from a universal 100 to 240Vac input.
Six models cover the range: 12Vdc at 53A or 88A, 24Vdc at 27A or 44A, and 48Vdc at 13A or 22A. Each unit sits in a 2RU enclosure with forced-air cooling and an IEC C14 AC inlet, operates from -20°C to 71°C, and reaches efficiency of up to 86%.
A front-panel LCD shows output voltage, output current and AC/DC status, so technicians can check the supply at the rack without a meter. Options include an Ethernet interface with web server and SNMP for remote monitoring, AC Mains OK and Rectifier OK alarm relays for signalling to a site controller, and an alternate output voltage setting.
The Powerbox PB362 has built-in constant current limiting, output short circuit, output overvoltage and overtemperature protection, with low output noise for sensitive communications loads. It complies with AS/NZS 60950 safety and AS/NZS CISPR22 Class B EMC standards.
