At Powerbox, we understand that efficient deliveries are of the utmost importance. Once your product is finalised and quality checked, our Logistics Team prioritises fast and careful delivery. We also know that a product might need to be returned due to a number of reasons. Our RMA policy is designed to make the returns process easy. 


 

Delivery & Return Policy

The total purchase price of any goods is inclusive of shipping and handling charges – indicated on the Powerbox invoice and prior to placing your order online.

PLEASE NOTE: Customer(s) are responsible for all freight charges for re-deliveries or incorrect delivery details. Any additional freight charges will be added to the invoice total.

Risk of Loss


Powerbox will arrange shipment of ordered goods to the Customer on a Free On Board (F.O.B) basis.

How long does it usually take for a delivery to arrive?

TGE (Air Freight) to most of WA and the rest of Australia will be 1-2 days. Up to 5kg. Please note, larger items may take longer to deliver.

For Reference, Road Freight to:

Perth area – Approx. 6 days
Carnarvon WA – Approx 8-9 days
Port Hedland WA – Approx 10 days
Broome WA – Approx 10 days
Darwin NT - Approx 8 days
Cairns QLD - Approx 6 days

Which courier or shipping companies do you use for deliveries?

We mostly use Direct Freight Australia wide( Road Service). We also use TGE Team Global Express ( Formally Toll Priority) for smaller parcels up to 5kg to WA, TAS, NT and remote QLD.

Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?

Yes. Tracking information is printed on the bottom of the invoice which is emailed to customer.

Are there any locations within Australia that Powerbox doesn’t deliver to?

Please contact us if you live in a remote location and have experienced difficulties with deliveries in the past. We will work with you to find the best solution.

Is the shipping cost included in the price of the product?

What happens if I'm not at home to receive my delivery?

Direct Freight will usually contact us for further information if delivery cannot be made. TGE is not monitored but can be contacted if not received in time.

How is the shipping cost calculated for my order?

We use flat rate shipping Australia Wide for most orders. Larger orders can be estimated upon request.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Orders can often be shipped quicker however this needs to be arranged as higher freight charges may apply.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Yes. Although extra charges could apply.

Are there any items that require special shipping considerations?

Yes. Methanol Fuel Cells and Lithium Batteries are deemed "dangerous goods" by carriers which involve higher shipping charges and are generally quoted in advance.
