Powerbox PBB2P 240W DIN Rail Power Supply

The Powerbox PBB2P 240W DIN Rail Power Supply is a single-output AC/DC unit built for general industrial, security and telecommunications panels where cost matters but reliability can't be compromised. It is available in 12Vdc (20A), 24Vdc (10A) and 48Vdc (5A) versions, all running from a universal AC input.

Mains connects through an IEC C14 inlet, so the unit can be connected and disconnected with a standard IEC cable. This simplifies field installation and makes service access quicker.

The Powerbox PBB2P 240W DIN Rail Power Supply is convection cooled with no internal fan, which suits sealed or dusty enclosures and removes a common wear item. It delivers full rated power from -30°C to +50°C ambient, then derates up to +70°C at 230Vac, and is rated for cold start at -40°C. A status LED gives a quick visual check of the output.

Because the supply can operate in constant current mode, it handles capacitive and inductive loads such as relays, solenoids, electric locks and motor-driven devices, as well as standard resistive loads. No-load power consumption is also reduced, which helps in systems that spend long periods idle.
