Need a Repair or Warranty Claim?

At Powerbox Australia, your satisfaction is our priority. All necessary checks are taken to ensure we deliver high quality products. In the unlikely event of faulty equipment or defects on arrival of goods, please complete and submit the form below with the relevant product details, model, product code and serial number. We will endeavour to process the request as soon as possible.

Returns Process

1. Submit the Return Request

To initiate a return, submit the return request form below. To assist in the timely processing of repairs/returns, kindly ensure all the mandatory fields in the form are completed accurately.

2. Confirmation and Review

Upon submission, you'll receive an email from service@powerbox.com.au, confirming your request is under review. Our team will respond within 48-72 hours.

3. RMA Number Issuance

If your return qualifies, you'll receive an RMA number. We'll then submit it to the supplier and coordinate the repair process, keeping you informed about the estimated completion date.

4. Additional Details

Upon receiving the RMA number and return address, please ship the faulty unit to Powerbox Australia. If the repair is covered under product warranty, our Repair Centre will repair and return the faulty product. If the repair is out of warranty, Powerbox Australia will provide a quotation for the repair and return of the faulty unit back to you.
