The Dunkermotoren PLG 75 EP Series Planetary Gearbox is a high-torque, industry-ready gearbox engineered for precision, durability, and quiet performance. Designed for use in heavy-duty automation, robotics, and mobile machinery, this gearbox features a hardened steel ring gear, double ball-bearing output shaft, and helical gearing in the first stage to ensure low-noise, high-efficiency operation.

Offering a broad reduction ratio range from 4:1 to 507.5:1 across 1-, 2-, and 3-stage configurations, the PLG 75 EP supports continuous torque up to 90 Nm and acceleration torque up to 130 Nm. It also offers emergency stop torque up to 175 Nm, making it ideal for demanding applications with dynamic motion profiles. Its mechanical efficiency reaches 90% in single-stage versions and 73% in 3-stage models.

With a compact footprint and weight ranging from 1.5 kg to 3.7 kg, the gearbox delivers powerful output while maintaining space efficiency. It can handle axial and radial loads of up to 1000 N and is available with IP50 protection. Factory-filled with lifetime lubrication, and available in food-grade and low-temperature variants, it is a maintenance-free solution for long-term deployment.
