The Dunkermotoren MR1 delivers integrated position and speed feedback from inside BG75 dCore and BG95 dCore motors, with 1,024 ppr (4,096 cpr) resolution over an internal A/B/I interface — all without adding a separate encoder housing or mounting point.

With the MR1 drawing its supply directly from the motor's own internal electronics, there's no separate encoder cable, connector, or power rail to specify, wire, or fault-find. Feedback is available as soon as the motor itself is powered and connected to the drive.

This makes the MR1 well suited to closed-loop motion control applications that need reliable position and speed feedback in a compact footprint, including automation, robotics, and process machinery built around BG75 dCore or BG95 dCore motors.

For applications where a single encoder isn't sufficient, the MR1 can be combined with an external RE30-2-1024 encoder to build a redundant safe feedback system, extending the same motors into safety-rated position sensing.
