Dunkermotoren BG42 dGo Brushless DC Motor

The Dunkermotoren BG 42 dGo is a highly dynamic 3-phase BLDC motor family with an 8-pole neodymium magnet and integrated 4Q speed control. It is built for compact motion applications that require responsive brushless performance, selectable rotational direction, and simple control integration. The family provides analog speed input from 0 to 10V together with premium efficiency in a compact motor platform.

The BG 42 dGo range includes BG 42x15 dGo, BG 42x30 dGo, and BG 42x45 dGo versions in 12Vdc and 24Vdc supply options, with the largest model available in 24Vdc. Across the range, nominal torque spans from 0.113 Nm to 0.246 Nm, nominal speed ranges from 3,540 rpm to 3,650 rpm, and continuous output power reaches up to 96 W with peak output power up to 214 W. Integrated 24 cpr feedback plus digital and analog control interfaces support flexible use in compact drive assemblies.

The motor family can be combined with Dunkermotoren planetary and angular gearboxes within the modular system for geared drive solutions. Protection class is rated up to IP40, while the family page shows motor lengths of 80 mm, 95 mm, and 110 mm with weights from 0.36 kg to 0.58 kg.
