Dunkermotoren BG 32 KI Brushless DC Motor

The Dunkermotoren BG 32 KI is a highly dynamic 3-phase Brushless DC motor series with an 8-pole neodymium magnet and integrated commutation electronics. It is designed for compact motion systems that benefit from efficient operation, precise speed behaviour, and a modular motor platform. The series supports selectable rotational direction via digital input and can be combined with matching encoders, brakes, and planetary gearboxes within the Dunkermotoren modular system.

The BG 32 KI series is available in BG 32x10 KI and BG 32x20 KI versions with 12Vdc and 24Vdc supply options. Across the range, nominal torque spans from 0.0258 Nm to 0.0446 Nm, nominal speed ranges from 3,850 rpm to 4,320 rpm, and continuous output power reaches up to 19.76 W with peak output power up to 30.5 W. Integrated 24 cpr feedback, digital inputs and digital outputs support flexible control integration in compact motor-driven assemblies.

The motor series also offers premium efficiency, vibration resistance, and protection class up to IP40. Motor weights range from 0.15 kg to 0.20 kg, rotor inertia from 5.9 gcm² to 10.2 gcm², and body length is 48 mm or 58 mm depending on the selected version.
