The Victron Blue Smart IP65 Charger is a fully sealed battery charger for lead-acid and lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries, built for vehicles, boats and industrial sites where water, dust or chemicals are present. The range covers 6V, 12V and 24V battery systems from 1.1A to 25A, all running from a 100 to 250Vac input with an AU/NZ plug.

Charging and battery care
A seven-step charging algorithm takes the battery from soft start through bulk, absorption, recondition and float, then into a storage mode that tops the battery up periodically during long periods of non-use. A dedicated LiFePO4 mode resets the battery's under-voltage protection automatically, and a low-current start recovers deeply discharged batteries. On lead-acid batteries, charge voltage is adjusted to ambient temperature.

Monitoring and protection
Built-in Bluetooth connects to the VictronConnect app on iOS and Android for charge status, profile selection and settings. Efficiency reaches 95%, standby consumption is 0.5W, and with no cooling fan the charger runs silently. Reverse polarity, short-circuit and over-temperature protection are built in.
