The ARIS Power DCU300M1224 is a 300W, all-in-one DC-UPS and battery charger designed to deliver uninterrupted 12Vdc or 24Vdc power to critical loads in industrial automation, security systems, and control equipment. It integrates a high-efficiency AC/DC power supply, intelligent battery charger, and backup functionality into a compact DIN rail-mounted form factor.

With selectable output voltage, dynamic power sharing between load and battery, and a wide input range of 85–305 Vac or 110–420 Vdc, the DCU300M1224 ensures reliable operation in demanding and remote environments. It supports high inrush loads, features cold-start capability from battery, and delivers continuous output of up to 15A (12V) or 10A (24V).

Designed for long-life system performance, the unit includes temperature-compensated charging (optional SBS probe), multi-stage charging profiles for various battery chemistries, and comprehensive protections. Local status is provided via LED indicators and dry contact alarms, with optional remote monitoring available via MODBUS interface for integration with supervisory systems (DCU300M1224S).

  • Dynamic Load and Battery Power Sharing: Real-time prioritisation of load and battery charging based on available input and system conditions. Ensures critical loads are maintained during charging or mains instability.
  • Comprehensive Protection & Diagnostics Features: include reverse polarity protection, overvoltage, overload, short circuit, and low voltage disconnect (LVD), with status indicated via multi-colour LEDs and relay alarms.
  • Manual Battery Start without Mains: Enables battery-only system activation at remote sites during commissioning or grid failure via integrated push-button.
