Warranty
Powerbox Power Supplies are guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship, when in normal use and service.
Most products are guaranteed between two (2) to five (5) years from the date of shipment. To confirm the exact warranty applicable to the product please refer to the particular page in which the product appears.

This warranty does not extend to products which have been opened, altered or repaired by persons other than authorised by Powerbox or to products which become defective due to acts of God, negligence or the failure of customers to fully follow instructions with respect to installation, application or maintenance. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only.

Except for the foregoing expressed warranty, Powerbox makes no warranty, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Powerbox will repair or replace the defective product in accordance with its best judgment. For service under this warranty, the buyer must contact Powerbox to obtain a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Products returned without prior authorisation will be returned to the buyer. The Buyer will pay all charges incurred in returning the product to the factory. Powerbox will pay all charges, if the product was defective, within the terms of this warranty.

The information and specifications contained in this Handbook have been carefully checked and to our knowledge correct at the time of publication, no responsibility is assumed for inaccuracies. Powerbox reserves the right to make changes without notice to any product herein. Powerbox does not assume any liability arising out of the application or use of any products or circuit described herein. Neither does Powerbox undertake any commitment to guarantee continuity of supply in the event of product obsolescence. In addition, Powerbox reserves the right to change its standard product range or the specification of any model subsequently without prior notice .No liability as result of any of the above occurrences can be accepted.
